We understand that plans can change. At Ekej.com, we allow order cancellations under the following conditions.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Simply contact us through:

If the order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation is free.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

    • Once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery:

      • Cancellation may not be possible.

      You may request a return after delivery (following our Return Policy).

3. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled automatically.
     Reshipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
